Our company was founded in Morocco in 1985 following a joint venture between the Spanish company Ollearis, specialized in the production and assembly of polyester equipment, and the large Moroccan group, Holmarcom.

In 2017, the Spanish company assigned its shares to Holmarcom Group, which in this way became the sole shareholder of Ollearis Maghreb. Following this change in funding, the company changed its name to become SMART COMPOSITE COMPANY (SCC).
